Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- We do not offer exchanges.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received.
